Modern advance find does not search for all records

When a user tried to seach for Case record they can find some records but not others.

User is using Case Number field for search

User hs got access to records they are trying to search

If User is on Case page and serch using quick find it works, it returs the record. But if user tries to search for same case using modern advance find it does not work. 

So basically modern advance find returns come cases but not all for this user.

If I try using higher privilages then modern advance find always work. Do anyone know why for some users (or roles) modern find orks for some records but not all? User has got read privilage to record they are search for.

    Thanks for your response Saeid, this is not issue with Quick Find, this is issue with modern advance find. The proposed setting is to increase limit of number of records in quick find.

    I will try it anyway and see how it goes.

    What I hve found so far is if I change searchType to 1 in URL then it returns the Case record

    This is URL when I try to find in modern advance find. This URL does not return any record.

    org.crm6.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    If I change searchType=1 in URL, they it works, it return the result.

    This may help. Change the setting to off. But consider the performance before doing so. Suggest user to add more filter to limit the result.

    Hi AshFon,

    Both quick find and modern advanced find are using FetchXML to get the records.  You could press f12 to compare their filter condition in the request header.

    Copy the request header and paste it at here(URL Decode and Encode - Online (urldecoder.org)) to decode the URL.

    And for the reason why the higher privileges always work seems to cause by the role. Did you give the organization read privileges to your lower privilege?
