Dynamics Marketing Installation: How to figure out which of the available licenses is PROD and Sandbox?

Hi,

we're often installing Dynamics Marketing for customers on their environments, and always they have at least 2 environments. Therefore we have always two "Dynamics 365 Marketing Application"s available in the PowerAdmin-Center. The problem is now, that they look exactly the same although one is licensed for a production environment and one for a sandbox environment:

How can we figure out which one is the correct one for production?

Hi Carolin,

Have you tried to select the environment first before installing the app?

Then check if there are duplicates in the right-hand list after clicking "Install app".
