I have a small question and also I created a workaround for my problem. Here is my starting point:
There's a plugin on Dynamics 365 that triggers real-time marketing when a new order is created. The Real Time Customer Journey checks the contact details (order by e-mail true / false) and then sends an e-mail to the customer. After the customer clicks on a certain link in this email, a workflow should be started.

Problem: Right now, it is not possible to start workflows on real time customer journeys like in the customer journeys on outbound marketing.
Workaround: Created a marketing page an link it to the (Real Time) Email. In outbound marketing we add a segment, which segments Contacts who visited this marketing page. Alternativ I use a marketing form, add it on the CMS and use "Form Visited" on the segment.

Then there is a customer journey with the segment described above that only has the purpose of triggering a workflow. This is how I think it could work.
Question 1: In Real Time Marketing, is there an implementation planned for workflows?
Question 2: Is the workaround that functional or is there some other idea that made a much more stable process possible?
