Hello

When I am in a parent record, in some of my entities, I can click on the entity in the Sub Area and the related entities appear, from where I can click and view the child the records.  Yet in other parent records, the child entity does not show in the Sub Area, why is this inconsistency?

Thanks

    Hi Darren,

You might want to check if there is any filter on the child entity associate view.

For example, from account entity, when you view the related contacts.

If your Contact Assocated View has a filter like first name start with A, you won't see a contact named Bob in the view even though Bob is related to account.

    Regards,

    Abby
