I've been tasked with looking at implementing a CRM to manage external contacts and our communication with them.
The system must enable us to:
- Track communications with individuals.
- Track communications from individuals as members of a group/s.
- Provide measures on numbers of contacts, numbers of communications, etc.
- Monitor lead generation sources and changes in it.
- Tracking of communication at events.
- Social media integration.
- News letters.
- Questionnaires/petitions.
- Allow import of Excel/CSV files, for initial load of contacts.
After reading up a little on Dynamics 365 I feel most of these requirements can be met through Dynamics for Customer Service.
- Will Dynamics for Customer Service meet my goals, if not where will I struggle?
- Are any other Dynamics 365 Applications better suited, or pair-able to achieve my goals?
- Pluralsight seems to have no courses for me, what are your top resources for learning Dynamics?
