I tried to approve a time entry for a task via Power Automate but I get an error that says
You are not a valid approver for: ab868a5e-b2f6-eb11-94ef-000d3a2bf0bd.
The user is also a project approver for the project. i.e the Project Approver is set to Yes for the user
Hi,
On Time Entries, there is a Manager field. If this is a non-project related Time Entry, then your user needs to be selected in the Manager field to make sure you can approve the Time Entry.

I have done that but the issue still persists. The sad thing is, I can approve time entry but other admins cannot. I am quite confused.
Jide Bantale I'd recommend to double check your cloud flow to verify the user in whose context the project approval action takes place. That's the usual culprit in a cloud flow. For example, if you're executing the action in the flow as a service principal, you'll get that error.
