Hello,

A user reports receiving this error when trying to add a contact in an account. It happens when trying to create a new one or add an existing.

Hello,

I have personally not seen that bug before. Are there existing customizations here?

In any case, the best approach to this is to open a support request here: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Thanks for the support request suggestion, Henry. I'll do that.

We have some custom fields, business rules, and workflows to update fields on the account form.

He was just adding a new contact in the contact sub-grid on the account form when he got the error.

No one else has let me know of that particular error since 9/26 but I was notified of a different one today.
