Hi Ljp520, Microsoft Social Engagements only gets avatars from users that are uploaded from on-premise AD to AAD. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-aadconnect/.
I don't think it is possible to. I have tried every way I could think of and there is nothing in the user guide about it.
