Azure Synapse Link (For Data Lake now not working)

we have been linking Dynamics tables to our Data Lake in Azure successfully but it has now stopped working

Power Apps > Data > Azure Synapse Link

All the prerequisites have been met

  • You must be granted an owner role on the storage account.I am an owner in the resource group
  • The Storage Account must be in the same region as the Power App. In this case North Europe, this is correct
  • The Storage Account needs to be StorageV2 General Purpose v2 this is correct
  • It should have hierarchical namespace feature enabled. This is correct
  • To link the Dataverse environment to Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, you must be a Dataverse administrator. This is correct

However I unlinked and relinked and I get this error

I now can't get past this error. When i originally set this up it was before the name change to the Synapse connector. can anyone help me get past this issue and get it working again?

    Hi,

    Please try to ensure the following two points:

    1. please “enable” the “Allow storage account key access” during linking.
    2. Navigate to the “Storage account” and please validate that the networking setting (Allow access from) is selected for “all networks”, If it is not, please switch it to all networks and try to configure the link again.

    If it still doesn't work, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.

    I cant find this option during linking Power Apps to the Data Lake. can you give me more details on this?

    This setting is 'All Networks' so should be OK

    Did you get theis resolved? - im having  a similar problem - however it was working now all tables are stuck on 'Queued'

    No I have a ticket with Ms Support some 5 weeks later - they keep failing to turn up to MS teams calls on the subject....

    Hello,

    I am also facing same issues.  As you mentioned Point # 2- I don't want to enable the all network option. Needs to go with Private IP address  so any alternate option is available without changing the all network options?
