no promission when attempting to import a file

after i uploaded an FBX to layout, I received file issue to resolve, claiming that there is no permission to access a file,, located on a completely different computer across the network, even though i have the exact copy on my local PC.
there no hint how should I grant such permission, or redirect the import to my local file

i'll not that for one of the object, the missing texture is already in the model's folder, as suggested by the guide

Hello,

It sounds like the FBX file was created on a different computer and then was moved to another computer.

A quick fix is to put the textures in the same folder as the FBX, open the FBX with Microsoft's "3D Viewer" app, then save the file as a GLB. The GLB can then be imported with the Imported Tool.
