You'll want to go to the Web Client server(s) and look at the Dynamics log under Application and Service Logs in Event Viewer. You should see at least one record with the same Correlation ID that corresponds to this error. If you give us that (without any possible PII it might contain) we can make a suggestion.

In the 'Dynamics' log in Event Viewer, on the server(s) that Web Client is installed onto, you'll see error information that mentions the correlation ID mentioned in the browser window when users attempt and fail to login to Web Client.
It is the error information we need, the correlation ID doesn't mean anything and will actually change each time the users fail to login.
