Dynamics 365 not able to export the data into excel using advanced find

Whenever i am trying to extract the data from within CRM using advanced find into excel, it just show loading kind of popup , which just revolves around and nothing happens into that.

can anyone suggest what could be the issue.

one more point is that , this is happening after the upgrade of online crm from 8.2 to 9.0 version.

    In addition you may also check browser settings for file downloads .

    Try to browse different site and download something see how it's behaves.

    it looks like firewall issue.. it might be your organization network is blocking file downloads..

    it's getting download when i connect to the client network but not in our organization network.

    Verify if it’s machine/browser/user specific issue by login into another machine/browser/user and this helps.

    Also check for any popup blockers, trusted sites, kind of settings to troubleshoot.

    Try different options like static sheet, dynamic sheet, different views, different record count, different column list, different entity to troubleshoot.

    By default exported excel data can be reimported after bulk edit, so see if any calculated field, or associated lookup is causing the trouble.

    Hell,

    Is this happening for all entity? If you select only few column  then you can export the result or not ?

    Are you getting any error ?
