Hi I am configuring customer service portal and I want that contact can see all the cases related to contact's company. e.g contact is A and the Account associated with A is X. So I want that when A logged in to web portal then A must be able to see all the cases against X.
In filter condition, I am using these condition but they only help A to see records associated with A.
Portal User Attribure ====> Customer (customerid)
Account Attribute ====> Customer (customerid)
Kindly please help me in resolving this issue.
