Need to deduct TDS across legal entities for the vendors

Hi Experts,
 
The query is belongs to D365 F&O and the query is, we have multiple legal entities with Same PAN and TAN. One vendor is giving services to all the legal entities. We need to deduct TDS by using threshold limit by doing total of transactions in all the legal entities. 
 
How should I do?
