Removing Background Colors Dynamics365 Ticketing System Columns

In the screenshot below, you can see that the two circled columns have blue background colors. I'd like to remove the background colors completely, but I do not know how. There is no clear setting to change this that I could find and I don't have the source code for the creation of this view. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please check below things for above issue.
     
    1. Option set Colors
     
    2. Check view controls if it is having any custom code or not.
     
    3. Check if the view is Based on a PCF control.
