Integration of Customers from CRM to F&O

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate the accounts in CRM to customers in Finance and Operations.

I used the standard template and I was getting errors, so i started from scratch and have been adding in the fields as the errors come up.

The below errors though I cant seem to fix. I added in a Customer Group field in CRM as I couldnt find a standard field that would cater for it. The Value of 1000000 cant changed and therefore doesnt match up to F&O. The currency in CRM is ZAR South african rand but when trying to integrate it says "cad" doesnt exist.

If anyone could help, that would be appreciated.

Hi shaun,

what you need to do is value mapping for this task. you might created customer field for customer group in CRM Account. you need to go to that field entity and get values (i.e. 1000000 in this case) and its name.
