Record owner name appears with a red circle with a white line going through it

Hi,

When I view user records any user name fields e.g. 'Owner' now appear with a red circle with a white line going through it to the left of the user name.

I can still do things like advanced find to find all records where a specific user is the owner but don't understand why the red circle has now appeared?

The only change has been that I imported a solution which includes a workflow to update the Owner field based on a name in another field. Any assistance would be great.

    Hi,

    There is nothing wrong with it (or with your workflow).

    I guess this is the Presence Status (Skype Presence) of the User (owner) and this red circle with white lines means Do not Disturb.

    If you are using Teams, users can set their presence status and turn it off as well, see below blog:
