We are using Dynamics 365 app where we can create a new note. After clicking on New note it ask for the regarding entity to be selected. If I select Accounts in the entity then it does not display all the account records in the auto suggest grid. Also it does not display the record if enter the search criteria. I have noted it just display the first 99 records. Can anyone please help so that all records could be searched and viewed

I did tried on Android 6.0 but i m still getting the same issue. It is searching the records within those 100 records that are displayed. I m still not able to search the records apart from 100. Also what version of CRM app you are using.

My device is an Android 5.0. Searching is working fine for me beyond the 100 records.
I am not sure about the issue, but maybe you may try to reconfigure on 1 device after clearing the App data/Cache.
About removing the 100 records limit, I do not see that the records per page in personal options affects it or any other setting in CRM.

I did try but it is not working. I had tried on iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy 9 but it doesn't search the desired record. It just search the record only within those 100 records that are displayed and also i have observed that it search with like operator where as in other entity it search with starting character. Also can i know which device did you checked in. Is there any way where we can remove this check of 100 records.

My bad for assuming the web client.
It only displays the first 100 records when I tried it.
But, when i searched for further records in the search box I was able to find the records.
Check the search text and try on a different device to identify if its the same issue or not.

I am creating notes in Mobile app. I am not creating notes from within account entity or other entity. There is a button New Note in the mobile app and on clicking on that button, I m facing that issue. Attaching the screenshot

This does not seem like normal Notes behavior.
Are you not creating Notes from within the Account form by going to the Notes section?
What is your process to create Notes as it looks to be customized and not OOB?
Are you aware if you are using the Unified Interface or the older Web Interface?
