Dual Write resetlink and add mapping

Hello,
I'm encountering two issues with adding a table and configuring the REST link in Dual Write. Has anyone experienced similar problems or can offer guidance on how to resolve them? It seems like an issue on retriving Dataverse tables
When adding a table this error appears:
 
and when I try to resetlink in Dual Write I'm facing this issue:
