Resource field not populated from Schedule Service Activity

Dear all,

The Service Calendar has the Schedule function which allow users to search for available times of a service.

Details will be populated into Service Activity after a time is selected from the suggested list.

The problem is the Resource field is not populated into the Service Activity which requires user to manually key in the Resource again to save the record. 

Is this how Dynamics 365 works? or something is wrong with my app?
