I find following issues with 'Quick View Form' in D365 V9 Unified Interface :

1. The subgrids doesnt automatically refresh. This issue can be found in Reference Panel subgrids.

2. No feature to add two columns

Does anyone know if there are workarounds for this issue?

Is Microsoft going to resolve these in future rollups?

For point 1 , we don't see a place to add jscript to refresh quick view subgrid in reference panel. You can replicate by placing a reference panel on unified interface.

    Following might help:

    1. Subgrid are not refreshing autmatically currently and hence a refresh button is provided

    2. Quick view form does not have two column feature

    Hi,

    1. Try to report to Microsoft, see if this is a bug in your instance.

    2. There is not way to configure as two columns at this point.

    An alternative could be:

Create two quick view forms with separate set of fields.

Add both of them on your form next to each other, this will allow you to see data in two columns

    or

You can submit your idea to Microsoft via below links.

    Hi vijaykiran,

    1) If the subgrid does not automatically refresh, you could add Javascript to the subgrid to refresh it.

You could refer to these two articles:

    https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/debajitcrm/archive/2017/02/10/refresh-quick-view-form-control-programmatically-using-new-client-side-api-for-quick-view-forms-in-dynamics-365

    https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1bd0b6d4-5bd6-4f80-a6a1-5290fcf61da6/refresh-quickviews-subgrid?forum=crmdevelopment

If you don't have experience with Javascript, then you could refer to my tutorial in this post.

    2) As far as I know, it is currently not possible to add columns to the Quick View Form.

Because the relationship between the entity of the Quick View Form and the entity of the main form is 1:N, there is generally only one record of the same entity in the Quick View Form.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao
