Hi All,
Is it possible to get customer voice to give respondents to surveys a unique reference ? In research studies it is generally a requirement to allow people to withdraw their consent and thus their response from the research if they choose to. I have created a survey where it would not be appropriate to ask people for their name or email address. can we get the survey to give respondents a unique reference, which they can give us if they choose to withdraw consent?
