Hi All,
I am trying to create a phone call activity for a case record. It is opening in quick create form and the default mapping for "To" field should be customer(Account/Contact) but it is mapping to User entity.
Did I miss anything here?

The Activity is an INCOMING call so "TO" is the User and FROM is the Customer.
OUTGOING call: "TO" is the Customer and FROM the USer.

But the i tested the same in a trail instance, the default 'to' field is mapped to customer and not to the user.
I toggled between incoming and outgoing values and it just replace the 'to' and 'from' fields
