This issue started last week and we have not had any changes to our Dynamics GP (on-premise). We have Outlook 365 (cloud) and I suspect something might have changed on that end. Not sure but O365 tech support asked me to contact the Dynamics side to see if there's a solution. When I start the to process the payment remittance process it comes up with "An unknown error occurred." I'm attaching a video of the issue.
