This issue started last week and we have not had any changes to our Dynamics GP (on-premise). We have Outlook 365 (cloud) and I suspect something might have changed on that end. Not sure but O365 tech support asked me to contact the Dynamics side to see if there's a solution. When I start the to process the payment remittance process it comes up with "An unknown error occurred." I'm attaching a video of the issue.

One thing I'm not sure about. even if we are on GP 18.4.xxx do we still need to make any change in Exchange and GP such as App registeration?
