Custom email integration into Unified Service Desk

Hi,

We have integrated Voice (Cisco Finesse) into Unified Service Desk using custom CTI adapter. Now we want to integrate custom email template. The workflow is -

1. We receive email feed from cisco SocialMiner (SocialMiner is integrated with Mail Server). This gives all the details regarding email.

2. On email offer, want to do screen pop based on email id. Which I can do using CtiLookupRequest API.

3. After screen pop, want to open email reply template. I need to fill all the fields received in email offer.

4. On click of Send button want to extract all the fields so that I can send the email using Cisco Social Miner API.

There are email templates in USD. Is there any complete document on how to integrate email in USD.
