Sync Phonebook contacts with D365 Mobile App

Hi All,

I am wondering is it possible to sync my phonebook contacts with D365 Mobile App? I want to add my local phone contacts in search as well. Is it Possible somehow? or any workaround?

Both for iOS and Android.

Yes that is a possibility. Just be careful as they will all now be contacts in CRM. It is a good things but i have seen companies get it a bit out of hand if everyone does the same.

So, that means if I sync my phone contacts with outlook contacts it will be than able to sync with D365? there is a possibility?

The mobile app does not syn CRM with local contacts. It is meant only to sync with your outlook contacts at this time. There might be 3rd party products out there but we will have to see if others can recommend.
