I am trying to add new Tab with HTML page for conversation. I need to pass customer ID or name from current context. My question is how can I read the data data parameter in HTML/javascript. Its not coming as Query string.

ex: {anchor._customerid_value@OData.Community.Display.V1.FormattedValue}
{$odata.incident.title.?$filter=incidentid eq '{anchor.incidentid}'&$select=title}

Hi,

You can use the method you mentioned to query the current context's customer ID to populate the value field of the data parameter.

In this way, the customer ID is automatically populated into the new Tab with HTML page for conversation.
