Ledger Transaction List Report

Hello all,

I understand that adding a vendor name and invoice field columns associated with transactions in the ledger transaction list report requires some minimal customization. However, is there a query that can be used to generate reports of all transactions for desired ledger accounts which will include vendor/invoice information.

Does anyone know of a possible query that can do this on the form using the filter?

    Hi,

    You can check the GL transaction origin report.

    This might come close to what you are looking for.

    How do you filter on just one account, or a range of accounts when querying a ledger transaction list? Under records to include, I select filter and select a main account, but it always populates the transactions of the entire trial balance. I never had this issue in AX 2009, which we just transitioned from.

    Hi Ronald,

    Have you tried the General Ledger>Voucher Transactions Form? You can filter using the select to specify a specific ledger account and listing will include vendor/invoice information.
