Hi All,
I am struggling to get the "book"button on the appointment form. Without this, you need to create a resource requirement separately and is a very manual process.
I have followed this process:
Everything is setup as such but no book button shows up on appointment. Has there been something that has changed or any setting that needs to be added?
Please help, quite urgent.
Thanks so much.
Thank you so much, i can now see the book button.

Hi Lu, any ideas?
Also, how do I update to newer version?
Hi Lu, thanks for your response.
How do I view the web client? When I click on the web client. Mine looks like this. Message about being legacy but still looks "Updated".
Thank you.
Hi Shaun,
Since the version of your Universal Resource Scheduling is 2.4, the Book button does not appear in the unified interface.
But it should appear in the web client.
I tested it in my D365 with the same version of URS, I can see the Book button in the customer service.
Please note that you have to save the appointment before you can see the Book button.
Hi Lu,
Thanks for your response. I have gone into customer service (web) and customer service hub (UI) and on the appointment I dont see the book button.
Below is my version:
Thank you
Hi Shaun,
What is the version of your Universal Resource Scheduling?
You could see it in the solution list.
Noted that the Book button will only appear in one of the unified interface and web client, not both.

Since D365 in your shared blog is the web client, the new D365 is now the unified interface, so please follow the steps in my shared post to set it up again.
