Can anyone provide guidance on how to display the Contact Card Form when hovering over the Full Name in a Contact View?  I am on v 9.1 with 2020 release wave 1 enabled.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Celeste,

    1. In the web app, navigate to Settings > Administration > System Settings
    2. Select the General tab.
    3. For Enable users to view contact cards, select Yes, and then OK.

I have confirmed that the system setting is appropriately set.  When a Contact view is presented in Dynamices 365, the contact card is not displayed when I hover over the Fullname for any record. When hovering over the Fullname I am simply presented with the value in fullname.   I have the same results in both the classic UI and the unified UI.  I am  using the most recent version of the Chrome browser.

    Hi Celeste,

    Please check this.

If multi-factor authentication has been enabled for Microsoft 365 services and not enabled for model-driven apps in Dynamics 365, such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, profile cards will not be rendered for users in Unified Interface.

The profile card feature involves a network call to the Microsoft 365 service to display the card. Please make sure that following endpoints are reachable, by configuring and updating network perimeter devices such as firewalls and proxy servers.

    • *.loki.delve.office.com
    • loki.delve.office.com
    • loki.delve-gcc.office.com
    • lpcres.delve.office.com
    • Port: TCP:443

To view the complete endpoint requirements for connectivity from a user's machine to Microsoft 365 for profile cards to be displayed in Unified Interface, see Microsoft 365 URLs and IP address ranges ID 130.
