"The item ID is not valid." on mobile device when Cycle Counting

Hi,
 
I've set up a cycle count for a particular warehouse. When processing the on the mobile device screen (within a web browser), it brings up the correct location and item, but when I enter the quantity and hit Ok, the Item field is blanked out and I get an error stating "The item ID is not valid".
 
Can anyone suggest why this might be please?

    Thank you Hana, that link answered the question.
     
    The item that I was using had a Storage Dimension Group allocated which was not enabled for Warehouse Management Processes.

    There are similar issues to yours mentioned in the old threads. Please pay attention to the points discussed in the old threads. Hope these will be helpful.
    The item ID is not valid in Warehouse Management App (dynamics.com)
    Receive PO on app Item Number error (dynamics.com)
