I have to write a plugin to retrieve Account Entity information when user Clicks it,
On Registration Tool (I am selecting Account as Primary Entity, What message needs to be selected?)

What is Name of Entity and other information?

Hi,
You cannot write plugin on click event.. Generally plugins are written on record create, update, delete, assign etc events.
It looks like you need to write Javascript code when user clicks on some button. and there are different related entities to account based on your data structure.. Default related entities to account are activities, quotes, cases, order, invoices.
You will find all related entities to account from customization section, check for relationships 1:N, N:1 and N:N relationships.
Can you please elaborate your question, so that correct information will be provided.
