Eric, I'm struggling with changing which fields show when you click the tile, also.  I believe that was your question.  Have you found an answer?  One of our tiles show that it can be different.  But I've not figures out how that happened.

    Hi Leah,

The answer you provided is consistent met what i already new. I use the Card forms to configure the tiles on the left side. I still search for an answer on configuration the right hand tiles.

    Hi Eric,

Unfortunately, I’m not find any ways to make you configure tiles views of the dashbord, and the two fields shown in the list is Name and last modified on date, and they are also links, so you can click on a record and the case record form opens to display all the details about this case.

But you can configure stream view at the left of the dashboard page to see more details about records by adding fields to the entity’s card form.

Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Cases > Forms.

Open the ‘Case Card’ form and click on Add fields you want:
