New Native sidebar to CIF 1.0 causing issue with Integrated app

Dynamics has introduced a native sidebar to its CIF1.0 update. We are not sure what the purpose of this sidebar. But this sidebar is not configurable, and flow on the top layer of CIF, so it covers RingCentral app when app is in collapsed state. Please see attach some screenshot for reference.

1. What is the purpose of this new sidebar?

2. Is this configurable?

3. Any documentation around it?

4. Guidance to fix this issue?
