For me, tu users should haave D365 Sales licence but it's not the case.

    Hi,

Yes, if you have a Dynamics 365 Customer service licence, you will have access to some applications like sales Hub, Dynamics 365 CE, etc.

You can ensure that these applications will not visible to users. The will be visible only to administrator.

To do this, you can manage the role by applications.

Else, you can assign security roles to users and edit the security role to hide these entities to your users.

    Hope that's helpful.

Please mark answer as verified if that's help

    Hi Partner,
I applied for a 'Customer Service trial' environment and found out that I can access sales hub already!
Does your environment also own the sales hub App?
If so, you can access sales entities though you just purchased customer service license.
Or you can check 'solution layer' of these entities, see what solutions they come from:

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hey.

Remember that all applications (Sales, FieldService, CustomerService, Marketing) rely on Dataverse which already contains a set of tables/entities that are common:  Account, Contact, activities, users, Opportunity.  So, by purchasing any of those licenses, you'll get access to those tables.  And if the application doesn't have any specific restriction, it will be available.  That's why you can use SalesHub with a CustomerService license.

The restriction works the other way around:  Because the number of tables that are common is really high, it's easier to just document the specific tables (and the apps that use them) that have specific license requirements.  You can read more on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-restricted-entities about tables requiring specific licenses.

    Best regards
