I want to try the voice of the customer.however ,after i install it successfully, there is something wrong when i click the enable button.so i wonder do you know why. Appreciated.
Hi, still not working for you? I never managed to get it working on our sandbox environments, only on production. Maybe that's the case with you too?

Was the provisioning completed? it might take several minutes. You can check it on the Dynamics 365 Instance configuration page
My VOC is 9.0.908.4.Actually, I install it from the administration and I enabled it from the VoC solution based on the guidance. I have no idea why this fault happen when I enable it.
You can try to install a newer version of the Voice of the Customer solution - the "enabling" of the solution has changed meanwhile - take a look at jopx.blogspot.be/.../voice-of-customer-for-dynamics-365.html
