How to backup sandbox all data in Microsoft dynamics finance and operations.

Hi Janish Abdul Jaleel,
Backups are created automatically for MS managed environments and the retention period is 30 days, so there is no need to make backups manually.
In the future, MS will decrease the retention period to 7 days.

You can also export DB to LCS asset library from LCS environment page.

As Sergei suggested, for cloud subscription backup is covered by MS in your subscription
To get your SQL data could always refresh sandbox with production data and then export SQL DB from sandbox
