Dealing with my first SMA and wondering how the user Mapping works when using the OP2OL factory. How do domain users map to the AD users during the process.
As part of the OP2OL process, we will export list of all on-prem users to a .csv file and you are expected to update "target user" column with a valid UPN against each user you wish to bring online. Subsequent steps in the migration process will map those users and also does a user sync which will help users login to online environment post migration.
