Hi all,
When adding an entity list to a full page template, I can only see the column headers of the list with "There are no records to display" instead of the list records. In Dynamics 365, the list has records and there is no issue. The below list is from the Entity 'Time Entry' which is a third party managed solution that has a N:1 relationship with the Cases Entity. I've made the appropriate adjustments to Parent/Child Entity Permissions, assigned the Web Roles, linked the Webpage to said Entity List etc. I can't figure out what is causing this:
Has anyone ran into this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks for the reply Mihir.
I have double checked the security permissions and the entity permissions are assigned to the web role. My account is under the Administrators web role and the role has been assigned to the Entity permissions (global, all privileges checked).
Despite this, I'm still facing the same problem. Any other suggestions?
Looks like a security permission issue. Check the web role and make sure the entity permissions are assigned to the web role.
