63We are medium size company with less than 50 users. Annual GL transactions line are about 200k and 55k number of sales invoice are generated annually. Before D365 F&O, we were using Dynamics GP and have no issue in transaction except for some features which are not in GP.
For D365 F&O, we have two servers for production environment:
Sever 1:- 60 Core & 256GB RAM ( 12VMs each allocated 10 virtual core and 15 GB RAM)
Server 2:- 40 core & 256GB RAM ( 6VMs each allocated 15 virtual core and 15 GB RAM)
Despite of having huge servers, we still have issue in processing speed, system takes too much time for opening form, loading lookup field data or dashboard information (about 10 to 15 seconds for loading form for loading lookup field data). Reports also took much time to generate.
Another company having double of our size using Oracle On-Prem on Server (8core + 16core) with 150 users but their system is good in operation.
Please suggest what wrong in our environment?? How to improve processing speed?
