Hi experts,
One of the users is not seeing the Dynamics 365 Icon in outlook, neither does it appear in OWA or under Manage add-in option.
1. user is active in CRM with correct role to add Dynamics 365 app for outlook
2. user's mailbox is test enabled and server-side sync configured for emails and ACT
3. user is displayed under available users grid and the message reads 'Added for outlook'
4. user is using office 365 version
5. user waiting for couple of hours and restarted outlook multiple times
I have gone through few links and validated that user has reading pane enabled in her outlook. Any idea why Dynamics 365 icon is not visible under the Menu. It does not appear in web as well as Dynamics CRM add-on is not listed under Manage add-in option in outlook.
