Greetings.

How can I create an annual evaluation for employees on the ERP system? And is there a possibility to issue a report related to the annual evaluation?

Share the steps would be appreciated.

    Hi Ahmed Emad,

    There is a function called performance review in D365 HR, please view the following MS Doc:

    Create performance reviews - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    If you want to create an annual evaluation, select Annual in the Performance period field.

    Now the Dynamics 365 HR infrastructure has been merged with Finance and Operations, so the functionality is currently available in D365 F&O.

    Hi Ahmed Emad ,

    I find it easier to set up Performance Reviews through E-forms in customer voice or using Microsoft forms.

    Hello Ahmed,

    The basic setups before you can create a performance review in D365FO.

    Performance Period

    Human resources -> Performance -> Performance period

    Review Type

    Human resources -> Performance -> Review Type

    You need to also create goals for the employees

    Goals

    Human resources -> Performance -> Goals

    employees can also create goals from the employee self service.

    Then here to create review, 

    Human resources -> Performance -> Reviews

    Employees can also initiate reviews from the employee self service.

    As per report, we have Worker goals report
