Report viewer blank

ReportReport

Hi guys,

I'm editing my custom report which previously already run well, by adding new Parameter. Based on past experienced, I need to create new Design in order to the new parameter applied.
However something strange, currently when I run the report to screen, it always blank. However if I change the output, into XLS, the report is correct.

Even when it is showing blank, then using Export to Excel feature, the excel file will have the data, so only in the screen it doesn't show.

I've restart SQL Reporting service, IIS, even restart my VM, because this is still in my development box. However blank report still happens. I also tried to reset usage data.

May I know if anyone ever experienced this, and how to resolve it?

Thanks.

What type of report are you referring to?  SSRS report? Electronic reporting?  Financial reporter?

    Hi Teevo,

Can you add some screenshots to illustrate your issue?

    Hi all,

    It is SSRS report, btw.
It will be like this ->

But if I'm using the Export function, for example to Excel, it will have data.

    Thanks.

Hi, it is recommended that you can check the MS document to Learn about what browser versions are supported for managing and viewing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), the ReportViewer Controls and Power View.
    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,
    Judy
