SSRS Report: 75KB Size Limit

Hello,

I have a client that is using a fairly straightforward SSRS report out of v9 of D365 that uses image files taken from a user's phone. We have explained that SSRS has a 75KB file size limit to consistently run the report successfully but they would like a way to more easily and/or automatically resize the photos upon being uploaded to CRM.

Is there a tool in the XRMToolBox that can accomplish this? (I've looked but haven't seen one). Or is this something that can be accomplished by server/client side scripting?
