Can not Update Organization After Upgrading Dynamics 365 from Crm 2016

Greetings,

We upgraded to Dynamics 365(v2.0) from Crm 2016.The upgrade is succesful but could not update Organization from Deployment Manager.While i try to update it gives the Error about a stored procedure named sp_DeleteAttributeFroIndexById(Must Declare the scalar variable @indexId).

For now everything seems works fine.Plugins,workflows Js seem to work ok.But when i open an entity it gives generics sql error after this upgrade.I thought it is because the DB version is older.Then I tried to Update it from Deployment Manager but i got the error i mentioned above.

    The process where it will be going to get it to proceed where it will be having the fact for an upgrade from dynamics 365 from CRM so oniton.com/.../fix-canon-printer-error-b200 to have the proper way to facilitate it for the most of it to fix the error.

    Looks like something went wrong with update..

    You might need to open ticket with Microsoft.
