I got the error below while trying to install Dynamics 365 for Sales, Enterprise Edition App in my DEV instance.

I use a paid instance. I was able to install the app in my UAT environment. I'm in touch with Microsoft to solve the problem. Thanks for your support.

Can you confirm as how have you created this DEV environment? Is it trial or paid instance?
Are you sure its not a developer edition which is offered by Microsoft for single user under PowerApps
If it is single user Developer Instance then you can not install any of the Dynamics Apps on this environment.
Can you re-check the above mentioned points & confirm back and also if possible share the environment screen shot
I used global admin to install my app.

Thank you for your query.
From the error in the screenshot it looks like the Solution was not properly Exported to import and it is missing Required components.
Please try exporting the solution again to test import, the articles below should help
