GP and Office 2019

Has anyone tried using Office 2019 with GP 2013? I just got a frantic call from a client. After installing Office 2019 suddenly they can no longer print from GP

    Hi,

    It is hard to tell if your client is running into to this issue, but because you mentioned they recently installed Office 2019 this could be the issue.

    There was a change to the XML in office. They made a change due to a security vulnerability. This is covered in the blog below.

    There are two fixes/workarounds for this.

    1. Use PDF’s instead of templates.
    2. Update GP to 18.3 or 2016 and the Year End Update for 2016 where this is fixed.
