I need to know how can i add any custom button with color and perfor javascript function on entity form in ms crm portal.

Hi,
You can add custom button to your entity form using JS code on the entity form or can do it through web template on the web page which will be hosting your entity form. Further you can use stylesheets to apply custom style to your buttons.

Please share the code to add custom button and bind js on to fetch record and set record for particular form.

Portal don't work like tradition web applications, but you have option get CRM data using fetchxml in webtemplate or by enabling OData from entity list, check this for your reference: community.dynamics.com/.../using-entity-list-as-odata-feed-dynamics-365-portal
