Issue here is that the Business process flow is not appearing at the top of the Case window and that the active and save icon button has moved upwards on the screen.
Please see my findings so far:
- This issue does not appear to happen on the production or sandbox environment using Chrome.
- I have tried clearing the IE cache , browsing history, ensuring the website is in the compatibility list – to no avail the issue still remains
- I am able to replicate this issue on IE but only on the production environment.
- This seems to work fine when I try to replicate it on the sandbox environment in IE
- I have tested this with random cases on CRM so this appears to be happening on any case type
