Change Request Management system

I need a Change Request Management system that works within Dynamics 365, does anyone know how to achieve this? We want to use Cases and KB, but I do not see Change Requests?

    Good day Dan,

    As CR is more related with IT Service. So I would recommend one application called Provance ITSM for Incident, Change & Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment.

    It also includes IT Asset Management, SLA, Knowledge, Release & Deployment Management.
